Prof. Dr. İsmail Küçüker was born in 1978. After completing his primary, middle, and high school education in Samsun, he graduated from Ankara Hacettepe University's English Medicine Faculty in 2003. In the same year, he began his assistantship training in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. After completing a 6-year assistantship, in 2009, he obtained the title of specialist with his experimental thesis titled "The Effect of Preconditioning with Denervation on Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in Skeletal Muscle." This study was selected as the best experimental study of the year at the World Microsurgery Congress held in Helsinki, Finland, in 2011.

In 2012, he started his academic career with the title of Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University. In 2014, he worked as a clinical fellow in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery at Brussels University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Surgery, for a period of 3 months.

Dr. İsmail Küçüker, who obtained the title of Associate Professor in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2017, founded Samsun Prive Clinic in 2017 with his wife, Eda Küçüker. In 2019, they opened the 2nd Prive Clinic branch in Göztepe, Istanbul. Between 2018 and 2020, he continued his academic career as an Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine.

In his academic career, Dr. İsmail Küçüker has received 8 national and international awards, published nearly 50 national and international articles, and delivered over 100 presentations and speeches. He currently continues to provide services at his private clinic in Suadiye, Istanbul.

Dr. İsmail Küçüker's primary areas of interest include rhinoplasty, breast aesthetics, and facial aesthetics. Additionally, he offers international-level training and consultancy services in the fields of dermal fillers and Botox to various companies. Dr. İsmail Küçüker is married to Eda Küçüker and is the father of a son and a daughter.
